The 2021 Arbor Day Volunteer Tree Planting Event was held on Saturday, May 1, 2021, in Lafayette, Indiana. 66 trees were planted by volunteers. The event was held on North 15th Street. Volunteers helped plant trees for our community, for the environment, and to help reduce the effects of climate change. Trees have so many benefits. We planted our 3,500th tree during the event. Everyone got some exercise and enjoyed some fresh outdoor air.
