Pam Ferguson and Bill Oldham were awarded the President’s Award for promoting trees, tree stewardship and neighborhood beautification, including setting an example for the Washington Street neighborhood, watering and clearing weeds around the young street trees as well as other trees, and doing trash pickup.  Congratulations to Pam and Bill for their work for their neighborhood and the community.
